1. Introduction
These Online Programs & Mentoring Terms of Service ("Online Program Terms") govern the use of the online programs and mentoring packages offered by us. By purchasing an online program or mentoring package, you ("User" or "Subscriber") agree to these Online Programs & Mentoring Terms, our General Terms of Service [hyperlink to General Terms of Service] and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Online Program & Mentoring Terms, you must not use or access the online programs or mentoring packages offered by us. 2. Online Program & Mentoring Prices
All prices on our Site for our online programs and mentoring packages are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any Australian goods and services tax (GST) (where applicable). The online programs and mentoring packages prices indicated on our Site may change at any time without advance notice to you. The amount charged to you for purchasing an online program or mentoring package on our Site will be the price listed on our Site at the time your order is placed.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any online program or mentoring package from our Site without notice to you at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any program or package.
3. Payments
You may pay for our online programs and mentoring packages by credit card, PayPal or such other method of payment as provided at checkout. Where you use a credit card, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and authority to use that credit card. You authorise us to automatically charge the credit card provided for any and all payment balances owed and agree to keep all billing information current at all times.
When making payments to us, you warrant that you have read the terms and conditions of any third-party payment gateway provider or credit card provider (e.g. Kajabi Payments, ArtsPay) which are available on their respective websites.
Where you fail to make payment or payment is declined for any reason, we may revoke your right to purchase an Online Program from our Site or use our Site for any reason.
4. Discounts
We may from time to time offer discounted items on our online programs and mentoring packages. You may only use one discount code with each purchase. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code.
We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a minimum or maximum order value.
Discount codes and/or vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
5. Cancelled Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order made on our Site. We also reserve the right to cancel any order made on our Site where we suspect that there is fraud or other types of illegal or unauthorised activity.
6. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
The information contained in our online programs and mentoring packages is not comprehensive and is intended to provide a summary of the subject matter covered. Unless otherwise indicated in these Online Program & Mentoring Terms or otherwise, we own or licence from third parties all rights, title and interest (including copyright, designs, patents, trade marks and other intellectual property rights) in our online programs, mentoring packages and in all material (including all logos, text, images, graphics, video, audio, software and artworks) contained in our Online Programs (“Content”).
Your use of our online programs and mentoring packages does not grant or transfer any rights, title or interest to you in relation to our online programs, the mentoring packages or the Content. However, we do grant you a licence to access the online programs and mentoring packages you have purchased and view the Content in accordance with these Online Program & Mentoring Terms and, where applicable, as expressly authorised in writing by us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law and the Copyright Act, we make no warranties or representations about our online programs, mentoring packages or the Content, including warranties or representations that our online programs, mentoring packages and the Content will be complete, accurate or up-to-date, that access to our online programs and mentoring packages will be uninterrupted or error-free or free from viruses, that our online programs and mentoring packages will be secure or that the Content does not infringe on the copyright or moral rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate without notice your access to our online programs and mentoring packages at any time without notice and we will not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability that may arise as a result.
In the event that we need to suspend our subscription services, we will notify the affected subscribers as soon as reasonably possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law and the Copyright Act, in no event shall we be liable for any direct and indirect loss, damage or expense – irrespective of the manner in which it occurs – which may be suffered due to:
- your use of our online programs, mentoring packages or the Content;
- the inaccessibility of our online programs, mentoring packages or our related services;
- the fact that certain information or materials contained in our online programs, mentoring packages or that we otherwise share with you is incorrect, incomplete or not up-to-date.
14. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Your use of our online programs, mentoring packages and these Online Programs & Mentoring Terms are governed by the law of Victoria and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in Victoria.
