Terms of Service – ArtSupport Australia Mentoring Sessions

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between ArtSupport Australia ("Mentor," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("Client," "you," or "your") regarding the provision of arts industry mentoring sessions ("Sessions"). By booking Sessions, you agree to these Terms.

2. Session Booking & Payment

Sessions are booked and paid in advance. Payments are accepted through our designated payment platforms. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and must be paid in full prior to the scheduled Session.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled Session.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting the Session fee; no refunds will be provided.
ArtSupport Australia reserves the right to reschedule Sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, providing at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.

4. Session Delivery

Sessions are provided online via an agreed-upon video conferencing platform unless otherwise arranged.

5. Confidentiality

All information exchanged during Sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without explicit consent, except where legally required or in cases of risk of harm.

6. Intellectual Property

Materials provided during mentoring remain the intellectual property of ArtSupport Australia. You may use provided resources for personal or professional development but may not redistribute or resell without explicit permission.

7. Responsibilities

Mentor: To provide professional, timely, and beneficial mentoring services tailored to your individual needs.
Client: To actively participate, communicate clearly, and apply session guidance at your discretion. You acknowledge that results are dependent upon your own efforts and engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mentoring sessions offer guidance and professional insight only. ArtSupport Australia does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. You agree ArtSupport Australia is not liable for decisions you make or their consequences based on mentoring provided.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided after Sessions have been conducted. Requests for refunds before Sessions are considered case-by-case.

10. Termination

ArtSupport Australia reserves the right to terminate mentoring relationships due to inappropriate behaviour or breach of these Terms. Refunds, in such cases, will not be issued.

11. Amendments

These Terms may be amended occasionally, with notice provided to Clients via email or published on our website.
