This website is owned and operated by ArtSupport Australia (ABN 22 735 045 613) ("we", "us", or "our").

These General Terms of Service ("General Terms") govern the use of this website (the "Site") and the subscription service offered by us. By subscribing to our services or using our Site, you ("User" or "Subscriber") agree to these General Terms and our Privacy Policy (available here – hyperlink to your Privacy Policy).

If you do not agree with these General Terms, you must not use or access the Site. We reserve the right to modify or update these General Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

These General Terms were last updated on 29 April 2025. We may update these General Terms from time to time and will post any revised terms on our Site.

2. Additional Terms and Conditions


For certain services or activities relating to us, additional terms and conditions may apply. For example, your purchase of our Arts Business Program & Art Career Program or your purchase of our mentoring packages is subject to our Online Program & Mentoring Terms of Service. Also, if you access information about us on a social media platform, you need to agree to the relevant terms and conditions of that platform. In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these General Terms, those terms and conditions will prevail.

 

3. Subscription Service


We offer a monthly subscription service which includes access to curated art opportunities, information and resources via the online subscription portal on our Site (“Subscription Service”). 

You must be a registered user to access our Subscription Service. When you register and activate your account, you will provide us with personal information such as your full name and email address. You must ensure that this information is accurate and current. We will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you register and activate your Subscription Service account, you will be required to create a username and password. You are responsible for keeping this username and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity carried out under this username.

The cost of our Subscription Services is AUD $8.00 per month (“Subscription Fee”). You authorise us to charge the Subscription Fee to the payment method you provide. Subscription fees are billed monthly.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month’s subscription, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle.

All subscription purchases are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after the subscription payment has been processed.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the commencement of each billing cycle, unless you have cancelled it before the next billing cycle begins. 

 

4. Listings and Opportunities


The jobs, opportunities, and resources featured as part of our Subscription Service and on the Site are supplied to us by third party individuals, organisations and businesses. As such, we cannot guarantee the nature, availability, or accuracy of the listings featured as part of our Subscription Services and on our Site, including but not limited to:

Location: Opportunities may vary in location, and some may not be accessible to all subscribers depending on geographic constraints.

Availability: Opportunities and listings are subject to change and may become unavailable after being posted, as they depend on the availability and decisions of the submitting organisations.

Market Variability: The types of opportunities available will fluctuate depending on the market and the types of submissions we receive from external partners. We strive to offer a wide range of opportunities but cannot guarantee the frequency or variety of new listings.

While we aim to provide a wide range of jobs and opportunities to our subscribers, we cannot ensure that you will find suitable opportunities to suit your interests, skills or circumstances. We do not guarantee the availability of specific types of opportunities or jobs.

We do not have control over the accuracy or timing of third party listings and are not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or errors related to  listings featured as part of our Subscription Service and on our Site. 

 

5. User Content Submissions


We provide a platform for third party individuals, organisations and businesses to submit jobs listings, opportunities, events, and resources to be featured as part of our Subscription Service and on our Site. By submitting content to us, you warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and distribute the submitted material to us.

If you submit material (including all logos, text, images, graphics, video, audio, software and artworks) to be featured as part of our Subscription Service and on our Site (collectively, "User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, commercially exploit, create derivative works from and transfer your User Content for the purpose of operating our Subscription Service and the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising directly or indirectly from your supply of User Content to us.  

 

6. Support Us / Pay as You Feel Contributions


When submitting User Content to the Site, you have the option to include a "Support Us" or "Pay as You Feel" contribution. This is an optional, voluntary payment that allows you to contribute towards the operational costs of maintaining and improving our services.

Please note that making a "Support Us" contribution does not guarantee that your User Content will receive special treatment, priority, or increased visibility. All listings of User Content appear as part of our Subscription Services and on our Site at our discretion, and will be mentioned or displayed based on availability, relevance, and our posting procedures.

 The "Pay as You Feel" contributions help to support the ongoing development and maintenance of our Subscription Service and our the Site, ensuring that we can continue offering valuable arts opportunities and resources to our community. We do not guarantee that “Pay as You Feel” contributions will result in any specific outcomes for listings of User Content and are intended to sustain our services generally.

Contributions made through the "Support Us" or "Pay as You Feel" option are non-refundable. By making a “Pay as Your Feel” contribution to us, you acknowledge that your payment is voluntary and does not entitle you to any special privileges. 

 

7. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information


The information on this Site is not comprehensive and is intended to provide a summary of the subject matter covered. While we use all reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on our Site, to the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (“Australian Consumer Law”), we make no warranty regarding the information on this Site. You should not rely upon the content of any such information as a basis for making any decisions about the whether to apply for a job opportunity or otherwise. You should monitor any changes to the information contained on this Site.

15. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

If you do not agree with these Online Program & Mentoring Terms, you must not use or access the online programs or mentoring packages offered by us. 2. Online Program & Mentoring Prices


All prices on our Site for our online programs and mentoring packages are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any Australian goods and services tax (GST) (where applicable). The online programs and mentoring packages prices indicated on our Site may change at any time without advance notice to you. The amount charged to you for purchasing an online program or mentoring package on our Site will be the price listed on our Site at the time your order is placed. 

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any online program or mentoring package from our Site without notice to you at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any program or package.

 

3. Payments


You may pay for our online programs and mentoring packages by credit card, PayPal or such other method of payment as provided at checkout. Where you use a credit card, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and authority to use that credit card. You authorise us to automatically charge the credit card provided for any and all payment balances owed and agree to keep all billing information current at all times.

When making payments to us, you warrant that you have read the terms and conditions of any third-party payment gateway provider or credit card provider (e.g. Kajabi Payments, ArtsPay) which are available on their respective websites. 

Where you fail to make payment or payment is declined for any reason, we may revoke your right to purchase an Online Program from our Site or use our Site for any reason. 

 

4. Discounts


We may from time to time offer discounted items on our online programs and mentoring packages. You may only use one discount code with each purchase. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code. 

We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a minimum or maximum order value. 

Discount codes and/or vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

 

5. Cancelled Orders


We reserve the right to cancel any order made on our Site. We also reserve the right to cancel any order made on our Site where we suspect that there is fraud or other types of illegal or unauthorised activity.
